Our Self-Catering Lodges in Carrbridge
Reuben’s Highland Retreat – Speyside offers six self-catering holiday lodges and a Garden Flat, set in peaceful woodland around our lochan in the heart of Carrbridge, Cairngorms National Park.
The three two-bedroom lodges sleep up to four guests, our three three-bedroom lodges sleep up to six, and the Garden Flat sleeps two. Each property is fully self-contained, with its own kitchen and living space, making Reuben’s an ideal base for couples, families and groups exploring Carrbridge and the Cairngorms.
All bed linen and towels are provided, there is a Smart TV with a Disney+ subscription so you can watch what you like, and an there is an Xbox games console with a selection of games in every lodge. Each property has its own free wifi network.
Choosing Your Accommodation
Travelling as a couple? Our Garden Flat offers cosy self-catering accommodation for two. Families and groups of up to four can choose from Redwood, Silver Birch and Pinewood, while Rowan, Willow and Maple offer additional space for groups of up to six.
All our accommodation is within the same peaceful woodland grounds in central Carrbridge, so larger family groups booking more than one property can stay close together while retaining their own private space.
2 bedroom lodges – Sleep 4
Redwood Lodge, Silver Birch Lodge and Pinewood Lodge
These three self-catering lodges have two bedrooms and sleep a maximum of four people. Each chalet overlooks our small lochan with views to the surrounding woodland. All our 2 bedroom chalets have a double room and one room with twin beds. The lodges are at various stages in our plans to refurbish them and are priced accordingly. All chalets are pet-friendly.
Dog-friendly: Redwood, Silver Birch and Pinewood welcome dogs.
3 bedroom lodges – Sleep 6
Rowan Lodge, Willow Lodge and Maple Lodge
These three chalets have 3 bedrooms and sleep a maximum of 6 people. Each chalet overlooks our small lochan with views to the surrounding woodland. Willow and Maple have a double room and two rooms with adult bunk beds. Rowan has twin beds in the main bedroom and adult bunk beds in the other two rooms. All chalets except Maple are pet-friendly.
Dog-friendly: Rowan and Willow welcome dogs. Maple Lodge is pet-free.
The Garden Flat – Sleeps 2
We have just introduced The Garden Flat which is an annex to the old stone manse house. The flat has a private entrance and sleeps 2 people. It’s just been completely modernised for the season and has access to our beautiful grounds. This property is pet free.
