Maple Lodge – Self-Catering Lodge in Carrbridge
Maple Lodge is a three bedroom self-catering holiday lodge sleeping up to six guests at Reuben’s Highland Retreat – Speyside in Carrbridge, Cairngorms National Park.
Set within our peaceful woodland grounds overlooking the lochan, Maple provides a comfortable base for couples and families exploring Carrbridge, Aviemore and the wider Cairngorms.
Maple is a traditional woodland lodge with pine interior. It has a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large windows which look out over a covered deck to the lochan. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, along with everything you need to prepare a meal. The spacious bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Maple sits adjacent to the tree line and is considered to be the most private of our lodges.
Outside, Maple has its own dedicated picnic table, so you can either sit on the deck and enjoy the peaceful woodland surroundings or have your breakfast, lunch and dinner ‘al fresco’.

Maple is one of six self-catering lodges nestled in the woodland around our lochan at Reuben’s Highland Retreat. The expansive grounds offer plenty space to relax or play, and you can wander the many woodland paths in the area via a private gate just behind the lodge. The pub, shop, art gallery, coffee shop, play park and Carrbridge bike park are all just a five minute walk away. The Landmark Forest Adventure Park is only a few minutes through the trees in the other direction!
