Check in time is 4pm and we ask that you leave the property by 10am on your departure day.  This is to allow plenty of time to clean the lodge and change the towels and linen in time for the next guests.

Where do we pick up the keys from?

The keys for your lodge are held in a key safe at the front door.  You will be supplied with an access code which relates to the date of your arrival.  Please remember to leave your key in the safe when you depart!
